Sortsind - Vanvid

This is a compilation of all songs from Sortsind and came out in 2005. It was my very first LP and I bought it on eBay for 15€. Sortsind was one of my first black metal bands and I still love to hear their tunes.

Sortsind is a danish Depressive Suicidal Black Metal Band and is considered an early pioneer of the modern DSBM sound.
Most of the songs are very rough, however the first song "Vandrer Blandt Dødninge" is very good. "Skumring", "Sår" and "Savn" are without vocals, but quite good too.
The rest of the album has almost shitty noise, but is still worth a play. The only song which isn't like the others, is "More days". "More days" reminds more of a punk song and has in opposite to the other songs clean vocals. Awkward is, that the songs "Sorte Tårer" and "Sorte Tarer" are the same, the only difference is the latin "a" instead of the scandinavian "å" and that one song is 27 seconds shorter, however they still sound the same.

The awesome artwork is done by "Miss Haslan-Nohut", a friend of the band.
